The whole point, I think, bloggers do these types of posts is to ultimately expose themselves. By ‘expose’, I mean show their readership what they’re really like as people. I love the idea of my readers getting to know me better and I also like the idea of supporting the movement behind realism. Not all the images I take are pinterest-worthy, and not all selfies I take are as nice as the ones I do choose post. You see, every now and again, in a this strange digital-orientated world we live in, it’s nice to know that we are all human and none of us are perfect – no matter how hard we try to come across as we are.
So, without going on and on about it (like you probably think I already have), here are the last 5 unseen, as in un-posted or published, photos on my phone. Enjoy!
I take soooo many pictures of Lady and never really share them because I feel I’ve already over-loaded people with pet snaps. I love how I can go back now and watch her grow in front of the camera – those are memories I’m glad I’ve captured, even if the quality is poor.
Sam WhatsApp’ed me this cake pic the other day when he was round at his mums. He was really impressed with himself and rightly so! It was delicious! Shame he didn’t get a picture of the final outcome, with all the icing and so on… but that’s men for you 🙂
Wherever or whenever we shoot, we take a selfie. It would be rude not to.
I think this must have been the day after our shoot, which was a massive fail by the way (thanks British rain). We were attempting to get a snappable picture and as you can probably tell, this didn’t make the cut.
Sharing this fry-up picture is like super sad for me right now, as strange as that may sound. Lemme tell you why. This was only taken like, 6 days ago. It was a home delivery from an affordable cafe just around the corner from ours. 2 days ago I tried to order online, and much to my dismay they had taken themselves offline and were no longer offering deliveries via JustEat.com. Finding a local cafe that delivered was a dream come true and now it has been shattered.
On that bombshell, we have reached the end of this post. I do hope you’ve enjoyed this post and if you have, let me know using the comments section below 🙂
