BBQ TIME!.. WITH THANKS TO MILLRACE GARDEN CENTRE

A while ago I was given a gift voucher of £40 for Millrace Garden Centre. In return I was asked to review whichever product I’d chosen, so today I’m here to review a really random, but equally cool portable BBQ!

I chose this product because I don’t currently own a BBQ, or a garden for that matter, so having something portable that allows me to enjoy the great outdoors was really appealing to me. Plus, I love my food and upon seeing it online instantly started thinking of all the different meals I could make for different occasions.

It arrived quickly, well-packaged and still in-tact, which I’m sure Millrace Garden Centre will be happy to learn about. It’s about as wide as a large bucket and has clips on the side to ensure you can bung it in your car without causing any mess. It came with some really handy tongs that sit cleverly in a section on the stand so that they don’t rattle around when moving. It didn’t take me long to realise it would become a great companion of mine 🙂

First though, I had to put it to the test and actually try it out. With that in mind, I told my parents to gather a few friends in their patio garden for a small summer get-together. “I’ll provide the BBQ, you provide the food!” I said cheekily… but as you can see, I did get away with it:

REVIEW

All things considered, I’m really really impressed with this Landman Portable BBQ. Despite its size it fed all 6 of us easily, and if we had chosen sausages for the menu we’d have fitted 12 or more on the grill at one time! It’s not heavy to carry (even I managed it) and it’s a vibrant yet natural colour to have in a natural setting.

Fancy yourself a feast outdoors? Why not get your own portable BBQ via this link: http://www.millracegardencentre.co.uk/outdoor-living/barbecue/piccolino-portable-bbq-lime.html and let me know what you think! 🙂
